Spectrum Search Group is seeking a skilled Real Estate Analyst-Acquisitions to join our team. As a key member of our acquisitions and asset management team, you will play a crucial role in underwriting and analyzing student housing investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support acquisitions and asset management in underwriting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Analyze acquisition opportunities through financial modeling and valuation.
  • Create presentations and investment memos outlining key transaction details and analyses.
  • Assist in the due diligence process, managing third-party consultants, and interpreting reports.
  • Conduct market research on student housing demand, supply, and sales comparables.
  • Track and catalog acquisition and investment opportunities.
  • Help produce monthly and quarterly reports on budgets and portfolio performance.
  • Complete asset management projects as needed to support strategic initiatives.
  • Travel periodically for asset and market tours.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate investment or financial analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
