Customer Service Representative, Bilingual Spanish

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at MAXIMUS. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6+ months of relevant professional experience required.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Strong data entry and telephone skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Competitive hourly rate of $19.00.
