About the Role

This opportunity offers a competitive salary of $10,000 sign-on bonus plus shift differentials for nights and weekends. You will be responsible for managing resources during your assigned shift, creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth, and serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.

We are looking for a passionate and inventive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate will have a valid State RN License, BLS and ACLS certifications at hire, and a minimum of 5 years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience. Prior clinical management experience and a BSN degree are also preferred.
