Qualifications and Requirements
  • A Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
  • Active licensure to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation
  • At least nine months of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a community or home health setting
  • CPR certification and valid driver's license required
