Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Adjunct Faculty Instructor to join our team at Eastern Mennonite University. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we value diversity and encourage qualified individuals from varied backgrounds to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage course content for our Leadership and Organizational Management program with an aviation concentration
- Coordinate courseware with the Director of Aviation to ensure a high-quality learning experience
- Conduct in-person and online instruction to students in the program
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to support their growth and development
- Participate in faculty development events to stay current with best practices in teaching and learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Organizational Leadership
- Experience as a Captain in 14 CFR part 121 flight operations, with a strong understanding of aviation regulations and industry standards
