Senior Engineering Technician Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Technician Lead to join our team at Rochester Electronics. This position involves working closely with Assembly Process Engineers to develop and maintain manufacturing techniques and processes.
About the Role:
- Job Description: The successful candidate will support Process Engineers in establishing high-yielding, cost-effective processes based on product needs and customer requirements.
- Responsibilities: Set up and operate equipment, develop process programs, execute design of experiments (DOE), and gather data for analysis. Utilize principles of cost of goods sold to execute process improvements and increase cost effectiveness of manufacturing.
- Requirements: AS degree in Engineering or Technical Field required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 3 years relevant engineering experience. Strong electro-mechanical aptitude and ability to work within a team.
