Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing techniques and processes related to back-end semiconductor assembly.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will establish cost-effective processes based on product requirements and customer needs. You will also maintain knowledge of new developments in manufacturing and design technologies, develop and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) for process optimization, and evaluate and validate process and design alternatives based on product manufacturability.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and a minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in the semiconductor industry. You should have a working knowledge of MIL-PRF-38535, MIL-STD-883, ISO9001, and EIA/JEDEC standards. Additionally, you should be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
