Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Leader to lead our 360 Degree/Win-Win Strategic Partnership program and Large Account Strategy. This role will drive impactful revenue opportunities and navigate complex deals with strong financial knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and other Teams to turn strategy, solutions, and requirements into qualified, navigated, and closed complex deals.
  • Conduct Win/Loss reviews and partner with Channel Partner program on complex agreements to establish new partners.
  • Develop internal and external relationships, identify new opportunities, and create and implement strategies that result in new business for T-Mobile.
  • Funnel management, reporting, sales forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or General (Required)
  • Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Experience with System Integrators (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Experience developing and implementing sales initiatives driving new revenue opportunities (Required)
  • More than 10 years Experience in a sales or strategic sales support leadership role (Required)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proposal Writing Experience in proposal development for large transformative or outsourcing initiatives (Required)
  • Technical Training Experience in portfolio analysis, IT application/infrastructure rationalization (Required)
  • Business Strategy Experience with transformation strategy and arguments for achieving desired business objectives (Required)
  • Communication Excellent oral and written communication skills (Required)
  • Business Sense/Critical Thinking (adaptability, flexibility, planning); Analytical Skills (research, attention to detail); Problem Solving (research, active listening) (Required)
  • Project Management Hands on experience leading large multi-year deals projects of at least $30M (Required)
  • Consultation Prior consulting experience and interactions with C-Level Executives (Required)
