We are currently seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of at-risk scholars in El Paso, Texas.
Job Summary:As a Licensed Master Social Worker, you will work directly with at-risk scholars to provide individualized emotional, behavioral, and mental health support. You will manage a caseload of at-risk scholars, providing individual and group interventions to help them master coping skills necessary to overcome mental, behavioral, and academic challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with key stakeholders on campus to support the implementation of mental health, social-emotional learning, and counseling supports.
- Meet direct service requirements for both individual and group interventions.
- Create quarterly reports to demonstrate the impact of interventions and supports provided.
- Education: Master's degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
- Licensure: Texas Social Work license.
- Experience: Preferably 1+ year(s) of teaching experience in a related field.
