Strategic Technology Growth Lead

pureIntegration is a technology consulting firm with extensive experience serving Fortune 100 clients in the DC area.
We are looking for a Strategic Technology Growth Lead to join our team. This role will drive business growth by providing pre-sales consulting support, solution design, and project delivery oversight.
The ideal candidate will have experience solving complex technical and business problems, connecting industry knowledge with the company's offerings to deliver successful results.
Responsibilities- Assist in sales process, meeting with senior client executives to discuss how pureIntegration can meet program requirements.
- Design solutions, develop level of effort estimates, and contribute to corresponding proposals.
- Develop requisitions and conduct interviews for team members needed for engagements.
- Manage team capacity, forecasting, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Build relationships with key clients, partners, and internal counterparts.
- Maintain an expert knowledge of various clients' platforms and drive improvements to product quality/customer experience.
- 10+ years of professional experience in the IT industry.
- 5+ years as IT consulting service manager lead.
- 5+ years of IT project and client management experience.
- Experience with managing project teams.
- Commercial IT consulting service experience preferred.
- Big Six consulting firm experience preferred.
This is a full-time position with a competitive annual base salary range of $140,000 - $170,000, paid within this range based on work experience and skills. Performance-based bonuses also offered. The position is located in Philadelphia, PA.
