Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct timely and accurate analytical assessments of electron microscopy samples.
  • Work autonomously in a dynamic characterization laboratory while collaborating with team members.
  • Utilize Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) techniques effectively.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of microscopy equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operating Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) is essential.
  • Experience with Focused Ion Beam (FIB) technology is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline is preferred, with foundational knowledge in semiconductor technology.
  • Familiarity with various characterization methodologies is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to work evening or weekend shifts as required.
