As a Retail Operations Supervisor (equivalent to Assistant Store Manager), you will foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, assisting our customers while nurturing a vibrant, team-oriented retail culture.
Your role will be pivotal in driving sales across our retail and technical services portfolio, as well as our business-to-business network. Your team will be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, guiding customers in finding the right products, and providing comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications:
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience leading a sales team in a retail or service environment.
- Proven ability to lead a team in a customer-focused, solutions-oriented setting.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and understand their needs.
- High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Physical capability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience utilizing financial metrics to monitor sales progress and drive profitability.
- Ability to network and engage with the local community.
