Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience leading a sales team in a retail or service environment.
  • Proven ability to lead a team in a customer-focused, solutions-oriented setting.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with customers and understand their needs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • Physical capability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience utilizing financial metrics to monitor sales progress and drive profitability.
  • Ability to network and engage with the local community.
