Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage restaurant operations, including food safety, quality control, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant

Requirements:
  • Minimum of three to four years of experience leading people, preferably in a food service environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
