Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory plans to attain and achieve sales goals
- Educate end-users on the clinical benefits of Smith & Nephew products
- Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and thought leaders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years B2B, direct selling or medical sales experience, preferably within the acute care setting
- Proven track record of effectively presenting key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings
- Strong analytical skills, including pipeline management, territory analysis, and territory management
- Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision-makers within an account
- Professional training program experience (i.e., Challenger Selling)
