Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C consultative sales and a strong understanding of the tax industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by engaging with existing clients and prospects, presenting our virtual tax solution with precision and a focus on aligned expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver additional value to clients, reviewing case work to discover sales hooks and ways to enhance our services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, facilitating B2B referral relationships and ensuring mutual success and adherence to our underwriting standards.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, notating and documenting client interactions meticulously to support ongoing sales efforts and long-term client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of inside sales experience, with a proven track record in B2C consultative sales.
  • Experience in debt mitigation, financial services, or high-ticket consumer services is preferred.
  • Strong consultative skills, with the ability to listen actively, ask probing questions, and tailor your approach based on client needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to leverage technology and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Urgency and a proactive approach to driving sales growth.
  • A four-year college degree or two-year junior college degree is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bilingual: English required; Spanish is a plus.
