Job Description

Job Title: Director of Delivery and Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Delivery and Operations to join our team at Targetbase. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery and operations of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall delivery and operations of projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of project managers and delivery specialists to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the delivery and operations of our projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery and operations.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery and operations, including process improvements, technology enhancements, and training and development programs.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management and delivery, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of project managers and delivery specialists.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery and operations.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
