  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage the evaluation, allocation, and management of physical and financial resources
  • Lead the process of defining and communicating the company's core values, vision, and mission
  • Manage the hiring, development, training, management, evaluation, and effective assignment of people resources
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by working with all departments to understand customer needs and expectations
  • Review and establish collection plans to monitor and aggressively pursue receivables

**Requirements:**

  • Proven business and people management experience
  • Operational expertise in sales, parts, and service
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of John Deere agriculture, construction, and/or Vermeer dealership business operations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • College degree preferred
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
