About the Role:

We are in search of a talented and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to become a key player in our expanding manufacturing organization. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that allows you to spearhead financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in financial management, particularly within the manufacturing sector, with a strong emphasis on analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, and project management. This role is crucial for delivering financial insights and recommendations that will foster our business growth and enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the financial planning and analysis operations, leading the budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
  • Create and uphold key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and report on business performance.
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis to aid strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • Conduct sales performance analysis and reporting, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
  • Manage capital expenditures, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Supervise M&A analysis, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects, offering financial expertise and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends and competitors, providing insights to shape business strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in analysis, forecasting, KPIs, M&A analysis, budgets, strategic planning, project management, and capital expenditures.
  • Experience in sales reporting and consumer goods is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to present financial information and complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive financial performance and business growth.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
