As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Twist Bioscience, you will be instrumental in managing the organization's comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting functions. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing the annual budgeting cycle and producing monthly forecasts to assess financial performance.
- Enhancing the financial planning and analysis framework to align with stakeholder requirements.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for the Chief Financial Officer and executive leadership.
- Delivering critical management insights to facilitate strategic initiatives and product development.
- Ensuring prompt dissemination of financial data to executive leadership, board members, and audit committees.
- Identifying and addressing reporting and forecasting challenges, while implementing enhancements for data precision and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; an MBA is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related business finance roles.
- Proficiency in financial reporting systems and widely-used planning tools.
- Strong leadership capabilities and organizational skills with an emphasis on precision and responsibility.
- Ability to articulate complex financial concepts to senior management.
