- Deliver insightful financial analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Analyze and report on sales performance, identifying trends and offering recommendations for enhancement.
- Manage capital expenditures, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
- Conduct M&A analysis, providing valuable financial insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, offering financial expertise and guidance.
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and assess market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform business strategy.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in analysis, forecasting, KPIs, M&A analysis, budgeting, strategic planning, project management, and capital expenditures.
- Experience in sales reporting and consumer goods is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial information and complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Strong leadership abilities to drive financial performance and business growth.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with the capacity to manage sensitive information discreetly.
