Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on business performance, and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Leadership and Management: Lead the financial planning and analysis function, and manage a team of financial analysts to ensure the successful execution of financial planning and analysis activities.
- Financial Modeling and Reporting: Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making, and provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
- Market Analysis and Trends: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors, and provide insights to inform business strategy.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Proven experience in analysis, forecasting, KPIs, M&A analysis, budgets, strategic planning, project management, and capital expenses. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive financial performance and business growth, and excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information and complex concepts clearly and concisely.
