Legal Intake Coordinator Role

Frontline Source Group, a prominent law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Legal Intake Coordinator to join their team in Dallas, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for helping people and a strong background in client services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls in English and Spanish, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assess new client inquiries with a focus on personal injury cases to determine their suitability for the Firm.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to ensure continued engagement and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for eligible new clients by preparing and sending out contracts and other necessary documents.
  • Accurately input and update client data into the Firm's software system, ensuring all information is current and correct.
  • Perform thorough research on potential cases by searching crash reports, reviewing relevant articles, and gathering other pertinent information.
  • Set up new cases in the Firm's system and create organized physical folders for each case.
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive filing systems for each client, ensuring all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
  • Print, bind, and prepare documents for attorney review, ensuring all materials are complete and professionally presented.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in a high-volume plaintiff personal injury law firm is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using legal software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
