Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and secure industry-leading financial value across multiple client-specific engagements.
  • Develop and execute contract goals for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal organizations, including GPO operations, sales & marketing, legal, and financial departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level supplier contacts, fostering trust and respect through consistent meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Engage with customers through one-on-one conversations to articulate business strategy and resolve customer-specific issues or concerns.
  • Work closely with HealthTrust's audit team to assist and facilitate engagement and finalization of audit projects.
Requirements
  • Accredited college bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in Business or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in negotiation and management of contracts, with a focus on strategic sourcing and negotiating contracts in the Food and Nutrition space.
  • Experience with other commercial categories outside Food a plus.
  • 25% travel required.
