Job Description

As a Director Business Development, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue and market share;
  • BUILDING and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and community organizations;
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to secure funding;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction among clients and partners;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field;
  • Previous experience in hospice, home health, healthcare sales, and/or community development;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work closely with a variety of people while effectively using problem-solving skills;
  • Understanding of referral patterns in the service area;
  • Ability to effectively direct and motivate a professional staff;
  • Ability to develop and present new In-Services;
