- Evaluating and fulfilling the spiritual requirements of hospice patients and their loved ones
- Creating and executing personalized spiritual care strategies
- Offering emotional and spiritual guidance during end-of-life transitions
- Maintaining accurate documentation of clinical activities
- Engaging effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Theology or related field
- Preferred prior experience in a Chaplaincy role
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and dependable transportation
