Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Home Health Aide to join our team at Agapes Love Home Care LLC. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to patients in their homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Daily Activities: Help patients with daily tasks such as mobility, personal care, and household chores.
  • Provide Personalized Care: Assist patients with medication management, wound care, and other medical needs.
  • Document Patient Progress: Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, and progress to report to supervisors.
  • Build Relationships: Engage with patients through conversation, reading, and other activities to promote mental health and well-being.
  • Administer Medications: Give medications and immunizations as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in Therapeutic Activities: Participate in exercises and other activities to promote patient mobility and independence.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
  • Certifications: Valid certifications in Home Health Aide or related field.
  • Experience: One year of prior professional experience in Home Health or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and basic computer skills.
