Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a seamless guest experience
  • Guide guests through our beverage menu, making recommendations and providing exceptional service
  • Accurately take orders and confirm special requests
  • Work collaboratively with other restaurant staff to ensure seamless service
  • Assist guests with concerns, providing solutions and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Present bills accurately and in a timely manner
  • Requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, and other beverages
  • Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables
  • Mix, garnish, and present drinks according to standard recipes and portion control
  • Input orders into a register and create checks for each guest
  • Secure all beverages, food, and equipment items, and deposit cash drops

Requirements:

  • Engaging and welcoming personality
  • Current bartending certification or license
  • Knowledge of the latest mixology trends
  • Descriptive and sales-oriented skills
  • 2-4 years of bartending experience
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for creating exceptional experiences for all guests
  • Excellent communication skills
