Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Healthcare Partnerships Manager to join our team at Brave Health. This role plays a critical part in advancing our mission by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or partnerships, preferably within the healthcare or mental health industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for influencing and engaging senior-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including primary care, specialist physicians, and hospital discharge planners, to drive patient referrals.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies for market expansion, including lead generation, in-person visits, and continuous engagement with existing partners.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, account management, and clinical operations, to align on strategic initiatives and optimize partnerships.
  • Market Insights: Gather and synthesize feedback from partners, patients, and the market to inform strategy and improve service offerings.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
