We are seeking an experienced Nurse Leader to manage the day-to-day practice operations of our Non-Profit Healthcare Center in Cincinnati, OH. As a respected RN-Lead, you will excel in influencing the quality of care for patients and lead a team of nursing and medical assistant staff.

About the Role
  • Direct, organize, and supervise the work of nursing and medical assistant staff.
  • Coordinate efforts to ensure effective patient care and quality standards are met.
ResponsibilitiesQuality of Care

Assure quality of care by developing and interpreting Equitas Health philosophies and standards of care; enforcing adherence to state board of nursing and state nurse practice act requirements and to other governing agency regulations.

Patient Care

Collaborate with providers to coordinate patient care, assist and support the provision of medical and nursing care throughout the clinic.

Team Management

Manage all aspects of patient appointment including rooming of patients, nursing assessments, setting priorities, organizing testing and treatment process.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Monitor back office staff to ensure efficient management of patient flow.
  • Develop processes to screen, interview, hire, train, and maintain the competency of all back office staff.
  • Evaluate performance of clinic team; monitor competencies and provide feedback.
RequirementsEducation/Licensure

Ohio licensure as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications
  • Three years or greater experience in a medical setting in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Able to work efficiently under time constraints.

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
