- Communication: Communicate effectively with members, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of wellness services and programs.
- Program Promotion: Promote wellness programs and services to members and the community, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and staff to ensure alignment and integration of wellness services with other programs and services.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., health education, fitness, nutrition) preferred.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of developing and implementing wellness programs and services.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations; strong program development and implementation skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
