Job Overview

We are collaborating with a prominent Financial Solutions provider to identify a Senior Accountant to assist with a significant project. This newly established position is a full-time, permanent opportunity driven by the company's expansion.

Compensation: The anticipated salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $93,000, plus a performance-based bonus. An attractive benefits package is also included.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and verify monthly financial reports for accuracy
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations while adhering to deadlines
  • Oversee payroll processing, including deductions, commissions, and leave management
  • Manage daily cash flow and reporting
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and audits
  • Evaluate financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Work collaboratively with Human Resources, Sales, and Operations teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting
  • Comprehensive understanding of both accounting and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is essential
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Ability to commute to the office on a daily basis
