Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate ledger records and document company financial transactions
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and balance financial records
  • Update vendor information and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and present regular reports about company finances
  • Review data to ensure proper procedures are being followed
  • Identify and report any financial discrepancies or irregularities
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in accounting, finance, or business
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Professional accreditation (CPA or CMA) a plus
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to company accounts
