Job Overview

Hire Energy, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Skills: Proven sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
