Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito Lay's complete line of products to local stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Drive sales growth on assigned route by building strong relationships with store managers, executing effective sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
- Product Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver Frito Lay products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Merchandising: Implement and maintain point-of-sale displays, ensure proper product rotation and facing, and maintain store fixtures and displays.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues quickly, and communicating effectively with store personnel.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to obtain additional licenses or endorsements as required.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
