Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates - not from behind a desk - to keep/attain a World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices. Leverage data by embracing technology to develop and execute sales plans to win as a team in the marketplace. 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others (A combination of training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted). Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required. Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
