We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in the staffing industry to join our national sales team at Premier Global Links. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that is redefining the way staffing services are delivered. If you are a dynamic and experienced sales executive with a hunter mentality and a passion for innovation, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prospect potential clients, including large enterprise companies and mid-market organizations.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, engaging and influencing decision-makers at various levels within target organizations.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Must reside in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services to Mid-Market and Enterprise-level customers.
- 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Provider (MSP), or Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Strong connections within the Talent Ecosystem community, including Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, and Contingent Workforce Program leaders.
- Established relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as Technology, Finance, and Engineering.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients in the professional staffing or managed services space.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
