Sales Representative for Manufacturing Solutions

Duro-Last Roofing, recognized as the leading producer of prefabricated roofing systems, is seeking a Sales Representative for Manufacturing Solutions. This role is pivotal in driving sales and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture a network of independent roofing contractors to enhance the sales of Duro-Last products within the designated territory.
- Engage with architects and roofing consultants in the area to ensure Duro-Last products are specified in their projects.
- Educate and follow up with building owners to advocate for the adoption of Duro-Last solutions for their properties.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calling.
- Provide weekly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline is required, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of five years of experience in outside sales is essential.
- Familiarity with construction and roofing systems is preferred.
- Experience with Duro-Last Roofing is an advantage.
- Ability to access roofs as necessary to assist contractors with layout planning.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation are crucial.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities are required.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory is necessary.
