Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues with electronic gaming devices.
  • Provide remote phone support and escalate complex issues to senior support specialists.
  • Work closely with distributors to resolve technical issues and provide technical assistance.
  • Install and support electronic gaming devices in various environments, including bingo halls, bars, and casinos.
  • Train customers and distributors on the use of Arrow International's electronic gaming equipment.
  • Exceed customer satisfaction objectives and provide prompt follow-up support as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Computer Technologies or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic and PC technologies, with a strong understanding of SQL, Windows Active Directory, and Networking.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and call load.
  • Competency in various software applications, including MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous field support experience.
  • Prior experience in supporting electronic gaming devices.
  • Certification in network technologies.
Working Conditions
  • Travel is required, with the possibility of exceeding 75% of work time.
  • Overtime and standby availability are required.
  • Position requires working in various environments, including bingo halls, bars, tribal reservations, and casinos.
  • Installations may involve running cable, lifting heavy devices, and climbing ladders.
