We are seeking a highly skilled Therapist to join our team at North Charles, Inc. in our opioid treatment program affiliated with Harvard Medical School.

Job Description:

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Therapist in our opioid treatment program, you will be responsible for conducting individual and group counseling sessions for adults with dual diagnoses. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in social work or a related field
  • Licensed therapist with experience working with adults with dual diagnoses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
