Pelvic Health Physical Therapist Role

We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to provide specialized care and personalized treatment plans for our patients in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
This is a full-time role with benefits, offering a competitive hourly rate ranging from $36 to $45 an hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Candidates with a background in orthopedics or pelvic health, and a minimum of 1-2+ years of relevant experience, are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:- Assess and interpret evaluations and test results to determine physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription.
- Help patients accomplish treatment plans and accept therapeutic devices by administering manual exercises, instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities.
- Design home exercise programs and instruct patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs, recommending and/or providing assistive equipment, and recommending outpatient or home health follow-up programs.
- Document patient care services by charting in EMR.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
- 1-2+ years of experience in orthopedics or pelvic health is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, orthopedic conditions, and evidence-based treatment interventions.
- Experience with manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities commonly used in orthopedic physical therapy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
