Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analyze data to develop detailed customer profiles that include demographics, psychographics, and buying behavior.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify key business objectives and develop strategies that align with customer profiles.
  • Proficient with stacks such as SQL and Python.
  • Use data analysis tools such as Excel to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
  • Familiarity with relational data warehouses such as Oracle and MySQL.
  • Create visualizations such as graphs, charts, and dashboards using PowerBI to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
  • Continuously update customer profiles based on new data and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems related to consumer data and analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, data science, marketing, or business.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, consumer research, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with programming in Python and SQL.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques such as regression analysis, cluster analysis, and factor analysis.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams and share data insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
