We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced automotive sales professional to enhance our sales team. Compensation Structure: The Automotive Sales Consultant position offers a pay scale that includes a base hourly wage starting at $16.00. Additionally, commission compensation is available based on the volume of sales closed, with no upper limit based on performance. A production bonus may also be awarded based on individual or team achievements, with no fixed upper limit.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales area.
  • Guide customers in selecting vehicles by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their responses.
  • Communicate product features, applications, and advantages to potential buyers.
  • Detail all optional equipment available for purchase.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Deliver high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Learn to address objections, finalize sales, and execute all steps of the sales process in line with company standards.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance analyses.

Expectations:

  • Experience in automotive sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Valid sales license is required.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and demeanor.
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • A strong focus and desire to meet sales targets.
