We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at Seacoast Bank. About the Role

  • This role is estimated to pay $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling cash transactions, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently will make you a valuable asset to our team.
  • In addition to your core responsibilities, you may also participate in community events, provide training to new colleagues, and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in a financial institution or retail setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse client groups
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and desktop applications
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings
