Job Title: Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent

HITT Contracting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for directing the workflow of construction projects on site, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring adherence to HITT's quality and safety standards.
  • Lead and manage site teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of work orders, tickets, and site conditions.
  • Maintain good working relationships with subcontractors, clients, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site teams.
  • Ability to organize resources, including people, tools, and time, to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.
  • Mastery of building processes and best practices, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
