Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to HITT safety and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage site teams, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate project priorities to site staff and subcontractors, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
  • Manage daily logs, punch lists, and closeout processes, ensuring owner and architect acceptance.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in construction, engineering, or business, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of commercial construction experience, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Mastery of building processes and best practices.
  • Ability to organize resources, including people, tools, and time, to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.
  • Project lead experience preferred.
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
