Job Summary:

The Senior Construction Representative 3 will be responsible for overseeing construction personnel working on medium-sized assigned areas of the construction site. This includes ensuring that construction work meets the requirements of the construction plans and contract provisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform oversight of construction personnel working on medium-sized assigned areas of the construction site.
  • Ensure construction work meets the requirements of the construction plans and contract provisions.
  • Identify and document deficiencies in constructed structures.
  • Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to more junior staff.
  • Review the work of more junior staff to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Document and report on construction issues and risks.
  • Prepare and submit reports on construction progress and issues.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 14 years of related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of arithmetic and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and quickly learn new computer applications.
  • Expert knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in construction.
