Position Overview
  • Overseeing daily on-site construction operations
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Monitoring construction activities to guarantee adherence to plans
  • Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Collaborating closely with the project management team to develop and uphold construction timelines
  • Tracking project budgets and expenditures

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction
  • Background in general contracting
  • Strong experience in base building projects valued over $50M
  • Preferred project types include: K-12 education, higher education, senior living, multifamily housing, municipal projects, industrial construction, and healthcare
  • Proven abilities in managing site activities, labor relations, proactive issue resolution, enforcing site schedule requirements, and overseeing site safety and insurance risks
  • Strong history of tenure with previous employers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
