Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute projects in accordance with SERVPRO protocols.
  • Respond to service requests, establish efficient workflows, and coordinate job requirements.
  • Complete job documentation and supervise production tasks.
  • Monitor projects from initiation to completion.
  • Adhere to and enforce safety regulations on-site.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both commercial and residential clients, as well as insurance representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clarify processes and address customer inquiries.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Clearly communicate expectations to Production Technicians and oversee their work.
  • Execute production tasks as scheduled while ensuring quality standards.
  • Identify safety risks and implement control measures to protect workers and occupants.
  • Quickly resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation for complete project records.
  • Manage project costs effectively.
  • Safeguard equipment and materials by using them appropriately.
  • Keep vehicles, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.

  • Background in demolition, construction, or restoration preferred.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends, with on-call restoration opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel locally.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Exposure to various chemicals.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
  • Comfort working in confined spaces.
  • Repetitive physical tasks including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying.
