Maintenance Supervisor for Madison Station Apartments

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at NHE, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our apartment community, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure that all necessary repairs and replacements are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure that all maintenance activities are aligned with the community's goals and objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a multi-family or apartment community setting.
- Proven track record of supervising and coordinating maintenance staff, with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and safety.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Ability to develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets, and to manage and control costs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with maintenance staff, residents, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
