Job Description

Nandail Property Management is a leading provider of property management and facility maintenance solutions. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment to ensure continuous plant operations and production requirements.

  • Can troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, circuits, mechanical and pneumatic components, and systems.
  • Has demonstrated knowledge of AC and DC electrical theory and functional understanding of 3-phase motor control circuits.
  • Has demonstrated ability and understanding of Allen Bradley PLCs, remote sensor interfaces, HMI, VFDs, and other automated controls and can troubleshoot same.
  • Performs maintenance and repairs to all manufacturing and facility equipment and systems.
  • Performs preventive maintenance activities on production, processing, and plant equipment and systems.
  • Able to follow directions and work unsupervised at times.
  • Experience with forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift operation.
  • Accurately fills out all required paperwork.
  • Ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime and shift flexibility.
  • Operates equipment and works safely, follows all GMP guidelines, and keeps work area clean.
  • Participates in meetings and trains others.
  • Fills in for other positions as necessary.
  • Additional responsibilities of this position include assisting in the creation of a culture of safety and health by performing work safely by all company safety procedures. Operates equipment safely and reports any unsafe work conditions or practices to the supervisor. Occupational safety and health performance are measured in this position.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • High School or GED required, Technical Certificate or Associate degree preferred.
  • Able to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Must have own hand tools to perform all job duties.
  • Wage depends on experience.
